So, I've been working on designs for my Airsoft works, and obviously
I've been improving the layout and content of these pages. The home
page got a new face, I added the BanjoCannon, which is actually a few
months old, and added a help page on Piezoelectric ignitors under the
theory section. I'm only going to add those if I feel the current ones
aren't good enough or easily available; however, if you have a question
that deserves a page, let me know.
In the next 2 months I hope to make 3 more inline BBMGs, an Airsoft
flamethrower, 2 Airsoft mortars, and an Airsoft howitzer. I'm
particularly eager to make the howitzer; it should be quite
devastating, with a projected payload of 300 BBs and a quick reload
system that allows shots every 5 seconds or less.
I've been thinking up plans for an Airsoft LAW. I dont know if it would
be useful except for MilSim games, so until I hear of a use for it I'll
let it go for now.

After the great success of the inline BBMG, I've been pondering how to
increase efficiency and reliability. My machining abilities are
restricted by a lack of tools more advanced than a miter saw, so all
extravagant solutions are impossible currently. At the moment the best
I can do is add a feed ramp to direct the BBs down towards the vortex.
New pictures of the clear inline should be up later tonight. I've still
got to install the final air system and add the foam grip covers to the
spade grips, but you'll get the idea.
I'm so pleased with the inline BBMGs I'm contemplating selling them.
With a clear chamber, pintle mount, and spade grips, I bet quite a few
people would be interested! I'm also considering making one into a
portable, personal weapon system. I suppose for airsoft applications
I'd need to make it like a flame thrower, to have any semblance of
realism. Heheh.
Let me know what you think.

The purpose of this area is to record any news I want to share,
including future project ideas and the status of any current projects.
As of right now, I have four cannons in the works: two airsoft
machineguns, a paintball minigun, and a light field cannon intended for
airsoft skirmish games. When I play airsoft with my friends this
summer, I plan on being very well prepared.
More on the way...
